Kano - Forum Rules & Code of Conduct

Welcome to the new Kano Community forums (you may remember our forums from the past, and they’re back!) - We want to welcome you to this inclusive online community space - a place to connect with other players and stay in-the-loop regarding Kano games (Mob Wars: La Cosa Nostra, Pirate Clan, Zombie Slayer and Viking Clan).

These Community Guidelines should not only help you understand how to act within the community but also help you understand what to expect from others in this space.

  1. Please keep discussions to the right / appropriate channels or take them to Direct Messages (DMs) - We want to keep things organized, so please stay on topic if you can. This helps new members of the forum to find information effectively.

  2. No self-promotion, soliciting or advertising in the forums. This applies to all channels and user DMs.

  3. No spamming or flooding chat rooms with messages (encouraging others to spam is also not allowed).

  4. No harassment or abuse of other players, forum members or staff (Moderators and Admins). We are all about fun social games and there is no room for this in the forums. No racial slurs, personal attacks, pejorative statements, real-life threats or anything of that nature. Things can get heated sometimes, but if you wouldn’t say it to your own parents, please don’t say it to anyone here.

  5. Respect the Terms of Service and Guidelines for both Kano and the forums.

  1. No NSFW content or conversations around illegal activities. We think this is self-explanatory.
  2. No public accusations. If you think someone is using a bot or cheating, submit a support ticket. Don’t start a public kerfuffle; let us sort things out. AKA: no witch hunts!
  3. Don’t share your personal information or the personal information of other players.

Admins and Moderators have final say - Please note that isn’t meant to be a completely comprehensive list of reasons your posts or threads might be removed and we reserve the right to remove any post or thread at any time.

If you have any questions about our policies, make sure to contact an Administrator or Moderator. Please remember that all policies set forth by Kano are subject to change without notice.

We suggest checking in on these rules occasionally because they may change or be updated to better fit the needs of our community. As a member of the forums, you automatically agree to adhere to the Code of Conduct set forth by Kano/Apps.

At the end of the day, this is a game community and we are all here to enjoy ourselves and when the dust settles after a big Syndicate war, we are all here because we share a love for these games! So let’s keep it respectful and fun for everyone involved.

When you’re done reading the rules, make yourself at home and feel free to explore the Kano Community forums. If you have a question about our games, check our FAQ page here - Answers to many frequently asked questions can be found there.
