I have made a new syndicate and I can’t figure out how to invite ppl I am on the mobile app

Check out our FAQ page all about Syndicate Help (and how you can create / join a Syndicate, as well as recruit members) - Often people will share their Syndicate link / tag in the Job Board (as KillerK mentioned above), and you can always ask Players in-game and put the word out for new Syndicate Members over in our Discord server.

Have you joined our Discord community @Dc1982 ? There’s lots of players there who are looking for new Syndicates or looking to recruit members (and we do livestreams / giveaways there every single Friday at 12:00PM Pacific)
